His message “Personal Responsibility” has been well received by numerous corporate, church and ministry organizations around the country for over fifteen years.
In 2000, Kelly founded the ministry of Men Step Up in Atlanta, GA, building a leadership team of thirty-five men. Each week his team would present the truth of God’s word to over a hundred men who came to learn how to become better fathers, husbands, businessmen, and friends.
In 2009 Kelly launched MenStepUp.com, an "online environment for leaders" that extends far beyond the web and encourages, supports, and networks a new breed of aspiring leaders around the country.
