Cherpak/Schutte Grow Group

This group is ideal for people in their 30s through 50s. The group will work to inject the weekly sermon into our daily lives and strengthen their walk with Christ.

 

Meets On: Tuesdays,7:00pm

Location: River Laurel Subdivision-Suwanee Area

 

Enrollment: Open - Room for 1 Couple

 

 

Group Leaders: Al & Lynn Cherpak

Lynn and Al have been attending SUMC for the past 7 years and both enjoy exercise, weekend travel and relaxing time with their family. They are empty nesters with 3 grown children and want their group to help inject the weekly sermon into their daily lives and strengthen their walk in Christ and develop more relationships with others wanting to grow in their faith.

Group Hosts: Mark & Lisa Schutte

Lisa and Mark have attended Sugarloaf UMC since 2009. They have 2 grown children and are empty nesters. Lisa and Mark are proof that opposites attract and can thrive. Mark loves photography and is the original gadget guy. Lisa likes cooking, travel, reading and other low tech activities. Mark grew up in the church. Lisa came to a full knowlege of Christ in college. Both strive to follow Christ's example in our modern world.
